Sandie is an Assistant Professor of Religion at Carthage College. She holds a MA in Biblical Studies from Sacred Heart School of Theology and is currently completing a MSJS from Spertus Institute of Jewish studies in Chicago. Sandie teaches Understandings of Religion, Women in the Bible, Hebrew Bible and Judaism at Carthage. Her areas of interest are the life of women in different communities during the time of the early Church and rabbinic literature and legend.
